The TexSpray DutyMax GH 230DI Standard Series is proven dependable when spraying heavier materials. It is equipped with a long stroke, direct immersion pump. This hydraulic sprayer is built for heavier, more demanding jobs.

The Endurance Direct immersion pump has a submerged foot valve with MaxFlo over-sized fluid passages. The stainless steel sleeve and hard chrome rod deliver longer durability and life. There are ceramic and steel balls. All this allows for pumping high viscosity coating.

The high efficiency hydraulic motor uses 100% o-ring sealed fitting to prevent leaks. There are fewer moving parts for less maintenance and a longer life.

The high capacity cooling system runs at a cooler temperature. This means a longer life with no special hydraulic fluid needed. The innovative reservoir design utilizes special cooling fins.

There is a Honda motor, which contractors prefer. The Easy Out pump filter has a no-spill design and large 19.5 sq in filter area. The heavy duty chrome steel frame is durable for any job sit. The full pneumatic wheels absorb impact and the retractable handle doubles as hose storage.

Included with this machine is the 3/8"x50' BlueMax II hose, 1/4"x3' whip hose, Heavy-Duty Blue texture gun and LTX 427, 531 SwitchTip and guard.
