Free Shipping Information: We ship every weekday by UPS ground and USPS. We are happy to quote you expedited shipping if you need your items fast. Your items, except parts not in stock, will be shipped within one business day and sometimes same day. We know you want your items fast and we try to make that happen. FREE SHIPPING offer is only valid in the 48 contiguous United States, and only on orders with total over $50.00. For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO FPO addresses the actual shipping charges will apply. We will be happy to work with you to pass along our shipping discount for any units that require truck freight or other special handling.

All units are shipped either via UPS or Yellow Freight. Other items including parts, accessories, etc. will ship via usps. If you need your part expedited we offer ups shipping upgrade. Select this option at checkout for faster shipping.

We do not refund shipping charges for any reason. If you need to obtain service on your product contact the manufacturer at the numbers listed on your paperwork or contact us to obtain the phone number. *** Do not ship the unit back to us***

International Shipping Shipping costs vary by country and carrier. We do our best to be accurate with our quotes. We manually quote all international shipping to you prior to the order being placed. We will not ship until we have your approval for the costs.

We have no control over Customs (or anything else) once the package is given to the delivery service. Delays can occur in Customs. Some countries are really good about clearing Customs, others are terrible. All items that go overseas have to come to our offices in Waynesville Ohio and are then shipped out. Depending upon the item, this will increase the number of days for delivery. Units that are being voltage converted automatically incur a 5-7 day delay while the conversion is completed, this is in addition to any manufacturer delays or shipping delays, plan for delays in receiving converted units. ******

APO/FPO ADDRESSES Military addresses have US Post Office restrictions, plus the occasional country restriction. Generally, we can send anything that isn't hazardous. Some very large boxes cannot be delivered through this service. We have to bring your items to our Waynesville Ohio location for packing and then drive them to the Post Office. This can delay your shipment by a few days.

Errors, Omissions, Wrong Pictures We do our best to have accurate pricing, availability, descriptions and pictures. We are, however, human and mistakes are made. Sometimes a price is too high, sometimes we have an item displayed at zero, or the picture is not the same as the item advertised. We manually update items whenever we are aware of an issue. We apologize ahead of time when a mistake is made and appreciate hearing from you if you notice an error so that we can correct it as soon as possible. Shipping Damage Most damage claims are handled by the manufacturer except in the case of shipping damage. If you purchased the optional insurance on your package, then shipping damage claims will be handled through toolsmartusa.com directly. Other claims will have to be handled by the carrier and toolsmartusa.com assumes no liability if the insurance was not purchased. For items that may occasionally be received damaged in transit, buyer must notify seller immediately upon receipt by phone at 513-360-4262 or by email at phpatch@aol.com. Do not open the unit as the original packaging must remain intact to show the damage. Buyer should take photos to document damage if possible. We recommend insuring your packages to expedite the damage claim process. After 3 days from the delivery confirmation date we can no longer accept a shipping damage claim.

Refunds/Cancellations Refunds are handled on a case by case basis, please make sure that you are ordering what you want. We realize that occasionally you may hit submit in error. We are happy to work with you to cancel any order that you did not intend to place. Simply email us at sales@toolsmartusa.com or call us directly at 513-360-4262. We usually to ship same day so be sure to contact us as soon as possible after you realize you ordered by mistake. All delivery refusals will be subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer in the case of delivery refusals.

Missing parts Each unit is unpacked and inspected prior to shipment for this reason we cannot accept any claims of missing hopper lids, hoses, guns, carrying handles, or pickup tubes. If you receive your item that is missing one or more of these items you will need to call 1-800-880-0993 for Wagner technical support and they will assist you.

Problems with your unit upon arrival We do our best to inspect and repack each unit prior to shipment. If for some reason you have a problem with your unit please refer to the enclosed sheet that came with the unit to call the manufacturer. The manufacturers have specialists on call to help answer your questions about using the unit and possible causes of any problems you may be experiencing. If you need those number again or if you have already called and still cannot get your unit to perform to your satisfaction, contact us at 513-360-4262 or by email at phpatch@aol.com and we will work with you to make it right. We do not refund shipping charges for any reason, if your unit needs to be shipped back to us, we will use a call tag to send UPS to you for the unit, under no circumstances will we be responsible for charges incurred by the customer to ship units back to us.

Warranty Policy In the case of items returned for warranty replacement, we will issue a call tag from UPS to return the item at our cost. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for charges incurred by the customer to ship units back to us. Buyer is responsible to clean and package the unit for shipment. Shipment of replacement items will be done at seller's expense. No Refunds are made for shipping costs.
